Companion Care (Private Care)

Having a companion you can trust is important at any stage of life, but especially for seniors and adults who experience a loss of mobility. When family and friends are unavailable or live far away, a Trinity Partners companion is ready to offer a helping hand. Whether it’s a ride to the doctor, running errand and grocery shopping or a fun game of checkers, our companions offer emotional support and socialization. Companion care is a great benefit to older adults who want to maintain a sense of independence in their own homes.

Respite Care

Everybody needs a break once in a while, including caregivers. As a caregiver you have caring for your loved one 24/7. Your time and commitment are greatly appreciated. But we know you have to take care of you so you can care for others. Allow us to fill in for you while you take a much-needed break to rest and recharge. You can relax knowing that we deliver the highest level of care and compassion to clients like they are family (because to us, they are).

Physical Therapy

Isn’t it time you get back to the activities you enjoy? Your doctor has recommended physical therapy and our therapists are the best at rehabilitative services to help speed up your recovery. With a focused treatment plan and targeted exercises, our goal is to improve your strength and help you to regain functional mobility.

Occupational Therapy

With occupational therapy you’ll be back to your regular daily activities soon. Therapists will teach specific techniques and therapeutic exercises are geared toward fostering recuperation and the ability to complete daily activities independently.

Speech Therapy

Whether you have trouble with stuttering or swallowing or a different condition affecting your speech and communication, our therapists coordinate with your doctor to develop a tailored treatment plan to ultimately improve or enhance your communications skills.

Intravenous (IV) Infusion Services

Administering IV medication at home can be challenging. However, our qualified and highly skilled infusion nurses specialize in IV therapy (delivering nutrition and medication intravenously, directly to the bloodstream). You can depend on your IV treatments being delivered with ease..
